hello! my name is sam and i'm a queer, neurodivergent, non-binary registered clinical counselor. I aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for anyone wanting to deepen their relationship with themselves, others, and the wider world.

I specialize in making sense of the relationships, traits, and experiences that shape who you are today. Using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR, I offer tailored support to help you break free from unhelpful patterns.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

Finding one's way through the stormy days and nights sometimes requires a highly experienced guide. Self-limiting thoughts and feelings can be overcome. Joy and love can be realized by means of a skillful blending of Eastern and Western modalities.
